Product information
Spierb Amla Powder is the deseeded fruit of Phyllanthus emblica — Indian gooseberry — dried, finely ground and triple sifted, with nothing added. Mix 2–3 tablespoons with warm water, work the paste through clean damp hair and scalp, leave it 20–30 minutes and rinse. It's the conditioning half of a traditional Indian hair routine: softer, more manageable hair with a natural-looking shine.
It suits you if you want a single-ingredient powder you mix fresh, on its own or blended with the other Spierb powders, and it doubles as a simple face pack. It isn't a dye and it isn't a shampoo, so if you want colour, henna and indigo are the powders to look at.
